Ritchie has over 25 years experience in furniture handling, assembly and installation! Combined with 22 years truck driving experience and 15 years in management roles. Ritchie has an extensive range of experience and that's why he is so successful! His natural ability to work with people and furniture with a genuine care factor and a charismatic cheerful disposition Ritchie takes everything within his stride and thoroughly enjoys it. He has a "can do" approach to the business and will diligently and professionally take on the task. He has a hands on approach working with and around the staff daily to ensure high quality of work is completed with excellent staff morale. Ritchie is a "yes" man and there's no job too big r too small for him.
Stephen has been in the industry for over 15 years and has loyally worked by Ritchies side for most of those. He has watched the business grow and grown with it. The business would not be where it is, or what is is without Stephen regular and loyal input and experience. He is an exceptionally good driver and extremely efficient in the way he works! He is the most mature member of our staff and extremely fit, strong, able and customer conscientious. Stephen has proven himself to always take the extra step to keep customers happy. And we love him for that.
Danny is one of our truck drivers. His infectious happy energetic nature is catchy. Danny has a special way of making the delivery smooth, efficient and even fun! We were told recently by a more senior customer that she was a little perturbed at the thought of 2 men entering her home to deliver her item. In her review she said she felt as safe as she would had it been her own grandkids visiting! When Danny is on the customer reviews are excellent.
Robbie has been in the furniture handling industry for over 10 years. He's developed a skill for manoeuvring furniture into awkward places like no one else! If we know its a difficult entrance for some furniture delivery, we send Robbie and know it'll be done without damaging customer premises or the item. He is also our top office furniture assembler. He's strong, energetic and enthusiastic! He eats fridges for breakfast!
Selwyn is one of our cheeriest employees and has more recently joined our crew. He has several years truck driving experience and excellent furniture handling and chipper customer service. He is an enthusiastic and reliable member of our team and we welcome him wholeheartedly.
Jesse is another of our more recent crew. He looks after our mechanical issues on trucks as well as assisting the drivers as an offsider. Jesse will also cruise about in our vans helping and assisting the with office installations. Jesse is about to be awarded the golden pen award for excellent paperwork and ensuring all documentation is in order and clearly written for processing.
